Many people visit this confectionary restaurant to try good ice cream and perfectly cooked ice cream cakes. Food delivery is a big plus of Baskin Robbins. The service is always cool, keep it in mind. But this place has been rated below average by Zomato users.

No matter the weather ice creams are always bae. After a tiring day I went to this outlet in Sapphire mall and tried on the strawbeery /blueberry flavor not only because I never had it before but also it was looking seductive. As usula, the scoops are large and have abrilliant taste - felt like infusion of lots of berries in it. The service was nice.

Pathetic is the only word that comes to my mind when I think about baskin robbin sapphire outlet. When I asked the outlet guy for delivery he made me wait for 5 mins on call, don't know what he was upto. When I asked for a sundae as per the menu he said that it is never made and we don't have in our menu. Only God knows which menu he was referring to but after so much of trouble I finally decided to order one sundae. Earlier in was going to 3 sundae but left with one option and when I said to deliver the same he said minimum order is Rs 300. How can I order something for that much amount when there is no option to order. Anyways, the guy seem to be least interested in taking the order and was trying to avoid it. Nevertheless baskin Robbins is not a good standard product.
