Today I visited Baskin Robbins and the staff was very rude and unprofessional, actually I got some free rewards from Baskin Robbins as usual from rewards program so I asked the staff to redeem my reward in the reward program it was clearly written that I can redeem 500ml for free , but the staff told me to purchase the reward and the staff does not know how to redeem the reward I often visit many stores but this was my worst experience ever this brunch of Baskin Robbins should train there staffs and some manners as well, mannger should take action ASAP thank you .
