We have been tricked twice by Baskin Robins outlet at Dharampur Himachal Pradesh. We ordered single scoops of ice-cream, but they gave us the larger regular ones. We started eating the ice cream after which when presented with the bill we noticed that the charges were more than what we usually pay. When we questioned your staff they didn't even accept that it was their error and just said that it's their single scoop and that is what it costs. We asked for the menu and then confronted them about being charged for regular serving even though the menu had single scoop option which is what we asked for. They just stood there silently and we didn't say anything else because we had already started eating and it was embarrassing for us. When I discussed it with my husband he told me that he faced the same issue last month so this seems that they usually try to trick people this way. Also, we bought the frosty coffee, which didn't have a plastic seal on the cap but the staff told us that it's always sealed on the inside under the bottle cap which we accepted. After we left the outlet and travelled a considerable distance we opened the cap only to find the inside seal also broken and the milk curdled. I have been a loyal Baskin Robbins customer for more than ten years and I am very disappointed with the staff trying to trick us.
