Today I visited Baskin Robbins and it was a mixed experience. The ice cream was excellent – definitely 5 stars for the product. The female staff was polite and professional. However, the male staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing. The store was completely empty, yet he behaved arrogantly as if he was doing me a favor by serving. There was no smile, no courtesy, and he seemed irritated throughout. Even when I politely played music at minimum volume, he rudely asked me to stop. When I requested the bill, I had to repeat myself three times before he responded. For the ice cream I give but for the service only . Baskin Robbins is known for its premium experience, but staff like him ruin the atmosphere. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter so future customers don’t face the same issue.
