Many visitors say that waiters serve tasty ice cream here. The patient staff reflects the style and character of this confectionary restaurant. Fine service is something guests like here. But Baskin Robbins hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Seems like the staff (three females) hate the customers . I've been to different branches where they literally offer samples without even being asked. But here, when I asked for a sample, she acted as if I was wasting her time. Why even work there if you're not interested in serving customers? She didn't even ask if I wanted any toppings. When I inquired about them, she said they only provide toppings when asked. I mean, shouldn’t it be your job to offer them in the first place? As for the taste, "Shooting Star" is really good, but "Splish Splash" (the fully blue one) isn’t that great. Hope they hire someone who actually cares about customer service.

Worst service and poor outlet choice for Icecream. You won’t get the right quantity for what you paid. Firstly it took 15-20mins to attend us when hardly there was one another customer order they handled. Including the franchise owner (lady) there were 2 other girls and a male staff were there. You might be surprised same as us why it took 15mins to address a second customer when the whole team is preparing 2 Icecreams for 1st customer. Their speed will definitely compete with sloths in slow cycle race!!! Keep this service aside, there’s no weight based pricing, it all depends on your luck and what those service person putting and we could see the quantities are varying a lot. Being mall outlet prices are way too high but leaves you puzzle on quantity to price ratio unless one least bothered about this. Most importantly they won’t accept cash. Only GPay and card payment are allowed! Good in one way otherwise it may take hours to get the change I believe because of their thundering speed The lady (owner) I believe is least bothered on customers waiting for long and all her sights are busy in watching (just watching) the staffs. Even if you landed buying Icecream here, don’t bothered about the service staffs facial reactions as you may get feel like you waiting for the annadhanam to serve and they are least bothered Taste of the ice cream is ok but definitely not great!!

No doubt, baskin robbins is a favorite place for Ice cream and shakes for many years.
