I ordered chocolate knight milkshake from Baskin Robbins through zomata and in the menu they mentioned in top of the shake there will be cream and chocolate syrup but I didn't get that when I contacted zomata they said Baskin Robbin as stopped serving toppings on milkshake then why they didn't remove it in the menu it's still same I requested customer executive to call the Baskin Robbins to change the menu but I was informed by agent that my feedback is shared with them but still now they didn't changed the menu and cheating the customer such a pathetic service I have ever received from you guys.
