I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They didn’t show any interest in helping or serving properly, and their attitude was quite unprofessional. It felt like they didn’t even want to serve customers, let alone provide good service. To make matters worse, the ice cream offered was subpar – not what you usually expect from Baskin-Robbins. There was no enthusiasm or effort from the staff to guide or recommend flavors either. Honestly, it seemed like they were doing us a favor just by being there. It was a really unpleasant visit, and I hope the management takes serious note of this. Baskin-Robbins is known for its quality and hospitality, and this outlet does not live up to that reputation.

The have a full menu written but dont give the customers a ordered thing its full in order but dont cut and give the placed order
