Absolutely terrible customer service by the staff. Extremely rude and condescending. When asked what flavours were available, they said everything we asked wasn't available and they made it very clear that they do not want us there and made no effort towards customer satisfaction at all. Really unacceptable from a reputed chain like Baskin Robbins. Please reconsider before you decide to visit this outlet. PS: Found an amazing ice cream store with better service and ambience called giani's right down the road(less than 50 metres) Service: Dine in Service: 1
