5/5 Visited the Baskin-Robbins store at Electronic City recently and was truly impressed by the service. Ganesh attended to me with a warm smile and great professionalism. My PhonePe payment was not working, and I didn’t have the full amount in cash. Without making it awkward, Ganesh graciously accepted what I had and even offered me a discount to cover the rest. This kind gesture really made my day! Such customer care and kindness are rare to find these days. Big thanks to Ganesh and the team — you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
