Very bad customer service, the person who is sitting in billing counter doesn’t know how to add coupon/ voucher and rejected my order and asked me to come when manager is available to place order. What nonsense is this. Then when i raised an issue to baskin robbins, immediately Venu gopal and mathew helped me to resolve the issue and took my order. Thanks for the quick resolution.
