I recently ordered two cakes from Basilnut for my husband’s birthday. At first I was hesitant to order anything from outside because of the rising covid patients around me. Basilnut put all my fears at rest and assured me minimum contact delivery. My cakes were cautiously wrapped in boxes and delivered safely. The cakes were exactly how I had imagined them to be- lemon cake with zests and the right amount of sour. Chocolate Chip - the universally favourite- moist and delicious. So much so that my son announced that this one is only to be had by him.
Thank you for making my husband’s birthday special even during these gloomy covid times.
Will be ordering soon to try the rest of the items on the menu !

AAMMMAAZZZING. Ive had the pleasure to eating cakes made by Tanya from Basilnut a couple of times n everytime she amazed me with the flavours. So for my niece i decided to order a cake from her. The brief given was delivered spot on. Considering my niece -1) a teenager 2) excellent baker herself whose had the privlege to cook for Gary from Masterchef isnt easy to impress. She luvd the cake & the flavour also the amount of chocolate chunks in the cake. Tanya super super job. luv it ????????????????????
