Best decision !!! Very very polite staff! Mehfuz bhai is managing the restaurant very well 5star service ! Food ambiance service was worth every penny spent! The rooms r very clean and tidy.. must go!

Good hotel with comfortable rooms. Even a 3- bed family villa with a jacuzzi!

It was a short birthday trip to Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar and we chose to stay at the basilica resort. They have amazing staff and service specially Sameer at the reception is so well trained and hospitable. Very welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend staying here.
