Updating my review and rating after visiting this places after almost 5 years. Being someone from Hubballi, and when you couldn't go home for Sankranti, I was looking for a place that reminds me of my home. I went to Basaveshwar Khanavali where I had been on the Sankranti of 2020 and felt so much at home. There has been a lot that has changed in the course of 5 years. The steel plates have turned into banana leaf, the authentic taste of Hubballi's Basaveshwar Khanavali no longer exists and the price has also increased drastically. With that being said, the food wasn't bad, rather it had the Bangalorean version of Basaveshwar Khanavali taste.
