I am trying hard to not to avoid this restaurant which I have been visited since 1996. Recently, I am again disappointed when I got spoiled chutney which smell soo bad from the waiter. I hope all people now understand what I am trying to say. **Overpriced food items along with spoiled food.** Now a days in Patna there are many options which serve better Dosa than Basant vihar. I am sure if they people not learn lesson, very soon you people see that the restaurant guys are waiting for customers by sitting outside the restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
