I visit everytime over there for weekend with my friends and we visited today and we had fun over there. I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experience, I felt compelled to share it to prevent others from facing the same disappointment. My visit to this hotel was nothing short of a complete disaster from start to finish. I had high hopes, but the reality was a glaring reminder of how bad service can completely ruin an evening. To start with, the service was absolutely appalling. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that customer care was not even a remote priority. Despite several attempts to catch the attention of the staff, we were consistently ignored. The waiters seemed disinterested, inattentive, and completely disengaged from their basic responsibilities. It felt like we were invisible at our own table, as staff would walk past without acknowledging our presence or taking our orders properly. Adding to the disappointment, the tables around us were dirty and poorly maintained. Not once did we see anyone bother to wipe them down or ensure that the surroundings were hygienic for guests. Eating in such an environment was incredibly uncomfortable and unappealing. Cleanliness, which should be a fundamental aspect of any reputable establishment, was completely lacking here. The food, when it finally arrived after an unreasonable wait, was equally disappointing. It was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and gave the distinct impression that quality and freshness were not priorities for the kitchen. It was evident that no thought or care had been put into the meal — just another tick on a list to be served without any passion or pride. One of the most frustrating aspects of the experience was the absence of chilled water, despite requesting it multiple times and even noticing that other tables were served with it. We were left waiting endlessly, and eventually had to settle for warm water, which just added to the overall feeling of neglect and disrespect. It is truly disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and hospitality. Dining out should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience, but what we received was the exact opposite a night filled with frustration, poor service, unsanitary conditions, and complete disregard for guest satisfaction. To the management :- If you genuinely care about your establishment's reputation, immediate changes are required. Train your staff to be attentive and respectful, enforce basic hygiene standards, and ensure that the quality of food meets even the most basic expectations. Guests deserve much better than what you currently offer. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this hotel to think twice. There are plenty of other places that truly value their customers and deliver the service and quality one expects. Unfortunately, this hotel is not one of them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
