I had a truly disappointing experience with Mansion at Sahara Star today. As a World Club member, I’m entitled to free entrance, so I called to inquire about bringing 20 guests. Instead of assisting me, the staff member on the phone was rude and dismissive, immediately quoting standard tariffs without even acknowledging my membership. When I politely reiterated that I was a member, she abruptly demanded my details. As I was retrieving them, she hung up on me without warning. I called back to express my frustration, and instead of apologising, she accused me of abusing her and hung up again! This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a venue that claims to offer premium service. Based on this experience and the many negative reviews I’ve now seen, it’s clear that the staff here couldn’t care less about customer service. If this is how they treat paying members, imagine how they treat regular guests! I will be reporting this incident to the World Club and will certainly not be bringing myself or my acquaintances here anytime soon. If you’re considering visiting, believe the negative reviews and go elsewhere—this place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Service: 1
