I often visit Lumiere Restaurant (ലൂമിയർ റസ്റ്റോറൻറ്) — the food and cleanliness are generally fine. But I’ve noticed something very disturbing many times. The restaurant owner frequently abuses and threatens the cleaning staff over small issues, even in front of customers. Today, I saw him physically hitting one of the cleaning staff and saying he wouldn’t pay his salary just because the staff wanted to leave the job. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Where is the humanity? I felt very bad witnessing this. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I think the chief is a lazy guy ...very very disappointed compared with other restaurants in vithura.
