new chef is very bad he always send you burned naans and uncooked chicken and doesn't make combination when we order arabic mandi and starters he puts same in arabian platter what we ordered as starter plz bring the old chef back

Last weekend, we visited Barkaas again — it was my fourth time there. We were a group of four and ordered a large mutton mandi, a medium fried mutton mandi, two types of chicken starters, two kunafas, and two shahi tukdas. The mandi was excellent as always, and the mutton was incredibly juicy. Both chicken starters tasted good, but unfortunately, the chicken didn’t feel fresh at all. The desserts were average and overly sweet. One major disappointment was the service. We had booked and paid in advance through Zomato for a table, but the manager completely ignored it and gave priority to walk-in customers instead. This needs to be addressed — wrong food can be forgiven, but unprofessional behavior cannot. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
