I am a regular visitor to this Barista. There are two male baristas who prepare excellent coffee - one in day shift, another in evening shift. I went on 18th Feb at around 3.30pm. I was told that the day shift male barista is on leave and a woman was taking order. She was extremely rude, insulting and also speaking lies when I requested her for a 'cortado' which she declined. Then i said ok then i will order a cappucino or macchiato can u please customise the milk quantity a little bit as per my liking. She further declined and rudely, impolitely asked me to drink whatever is fixed as per menu. I requested nicely once more, she made fun of me and mocked. This is the most unruly behaviour i have ever faced in any Barista across India. I request action on this employee and also request for consistent behavior so that customers are not faced with such unpleasant shocks. Service: 1
