Dear Barista Team, I'm writing to share my disappointing experience at your Neelkanth outlet. I ordered a regular Americano coffee and was asked to pay ₹250. However, just three hours prior, I purchased the same coffee at your Havali Jalandhar outlet for ₹210. When I brought this to the manager's attention at Neelkanth and showed him the receipt, he adjusted the price to ₹210. I appreciate the manager's prompt response, but I'm concerned about the inconsistent pricing between outlets. As a regular customer, I expect consistent pricing across locations. I hope you'll look into this matter and ensure that prices are standardized. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
