Tomorrow I visit this store with my friends but when I ordered staff are not good Behiver they were zero knowledge of this type of brand! People visit a store for good experience and good taste. But in this experience I just feel waste of money too spend this caffe . And also staff Behiver Rudly with every customer. I orded a food and cold coffe ,food are good bhut coffe taste is not good ,just like water taste , I requested to staff chnge this but they were told only no. This is not rule. I visited Barista Cafe with two of my friends and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. It truly felt like a waste of money. The only positive part was the 4 pcs garlic bread, which was truly delicious. However, the coffee quality was very poor my coffee was extremely bitter. When I politely requested to have it changed, the staff responded very rudely. One of them said, “Madam, coffee aisi hi hoti hai,” in an unpleasant tone, as if I had done something wrong by asking. The names mentioned on their badges were Jatin, Vijay, and Nisha. Their behaviour was not customer-friendly at all, and the overall service was extremely poor. I spent around ₹1000–₹1200, but the experience was not worth it. I request that the management provide proper training to the staff on customer service and communication.
