I called the restaurant to request a small handwritten note with my Valentine’s order, and the gentleman who attended ‍the call was extremely polite and well-spoken. When I made the request, he replied so confidently and warmly, ‘Hnji mam, ho jaayega!’ — such reassuring communication is truly a green flag. Staff like him genuinely elevate the whole experience!"
