I was so happy to visit Barista Gorakhpur for the first time...around 11'o clock!! But I'm really sorry to say that this is my worst experience and I will never visit again. I asked for water from the female staff, she was looking with an angry expression. I asked for hot coffee but I was served cold and tasteless coffee. Really disappointed with the service. I asked to reheat the coffee but the staff was very rude. Staff has very much attitude. Barista is destroying the brand value. My morning is spoiled and had a terrible bad experience. After 1 year to be a regular customer or you can say regular visitor for the best coffee in town , I just love this place . The staff is so friendly, I love the vibes and the food , you can find me everyday in the evening after hectic schedule at college, the staff mainly Mr.vikas . I can proudly recommend this place to everyone.
