I ordered 2 regular cappuccinos and a brownie with ice cream. Unfortunately, the staff forgot to serve the brownie. We waited for a long time, and by the time it was finally delivered, we had already finished our coffees. This was very unprofessional service. Staff should be properly trained to serve food on time and ensure all items in the order are delivered together. It affected our overall experience.
