Report incorrect information
Ordered Murgh Peshawari Tikka and Chicken Biryani. They were WAY TOO SPICY to almost kill you. I've had Biryanies and Peshawari Tikkas in many outlets but the ones they serve is no where close to the authentic taste. Being a foodie who loves to eat spicy food, this one is a total waste of money.
On reporting the issue to the manager . he snapped back justifying "THIS IS HOW WE COOK" with absolutely no courtesy. Very arrogant and inconsiderate team. The management should learn customer handling against the pathetic attitude they carry.
In fact when we went, there was no one sitting in the outlet. So you can understand how badly this place runs. Regretting to have chosen Barbeque Times for a dine-out.
This place is not even worth a try! PLEASE DON'T GO.
