I recently visited Barbeque Ville with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, the service was noticeably poor. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized, often taking a long time to respond even when the restaurant wasn’t particularly crowded. We repeatedly had to call someone over just to get basic assistance, which took away from the overall dining experience. One of the biggest issues was the delay in reordering food. Since this is a place where timely service is essential, especially for grilled items, the long waiting time between servings was frustrating. Every time we requested a refill or additional items, it took far too long to arrive, and sometimes we had to remind the staff multiple times. As for the food itself, it was below average at best. The taste lacked consistency, and some items were either overcooked or not seasoned properly. Considering the price point, the quality did not meet expectations at all. Overall, the combination of slow service, long waiting times for reorders, and mediocre food made this a disappointing visit. Came here for my birthday dinner but was quite disappointed. The place was so smoky and hazy inside, as there is no sufficient ventilation, for the smoke from the grills to escape. The choice of barbecue was okay but the buffet was almost over by 2130hrs, and the chefs inside were under lot of pressure to refill the dishes. Dessert also was not upto the mark,. The restaurant is understaffed as we had to wait almost 10 to 15 mins for the waiters to realise we have entered even though only 3 tables were occupied before us, then they came with the water/ grills. The waiters also do not advise the customers to go back to the tables to eat, as the customers stand in front of the buffet and eat their dinner standing there thus crowding up the small area and making it difficult for other customers to reach. The waiters need to politely tell customers to eat at their own tables only. The waiter also did not allow us to take the plastic water bottle which i found very strange, and petty.
