I ordered the Classic Meal Box – Premium Veg via Swiggy and paid ₹900+, expecting quality food. What I received instead was an absolute disaster and one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The chapatis were half-baked and tasted like raw maida, completely uncooked and inedible. The paneer and mixed vegetables had ZERO taste—no seasoning, no flavor, nothing. It honestly felt like the food was cooked just for the sake of sending something out, with no concern for customers at all. The dal makhani was beyond horrible—so bad that after one bite you would never want to touch it again in your life. Even the halwa, which is usually hard to mess up, was extremely basic, stale, and disgusting. I couldn’t even eat half a spoon. The most irritating part is that only the packaging looked fancy. That’s it. No quality, no taste, no hygiene standards—just good-looking boxes to fool customers into thinking the food is premium. How can a restaurant have the audacity to charge ₹900+ and serve such pathetic food? This is nothing but daylight robbery. It feels like they are taking customers for granted and assuming that once the order is delivered, it doesn’t matter what garbage they send. This experience left me angry, frustrated, and completely disappointed. I regret ordering from here and wasting my money. Super super pathetic food and service. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT from this outlet, especially the NIBM branch. Save your money and your health. If Google allowed, I would give 0 stars without a second thought. My kid and I are BBQ Nation fans and have been visiting them for over 10 years at different locations. We went for a lunch buffet yesterday at NIBM restaurant and were utterly disappointed with the food and food quality. Being Vegetarian, we opted for Big Buffet Veg and here's what I would like to share. The Buffet was priced at Rs. 399/- + Taxes, and despite the price, the quality of the food was very poor. In starters that were served, only the Kebabs had a good Taste. Panner, Soya chap, and Sweet corn had no taste or masala. We requested sweet corn to be corrected; however, the new ones were burnt as well. The starters were not served on BBQ. The soup was not even ready. We requested, and then the soup was served after 10-15 minutes. In the main course, we ended up eating mixed veg, paneer lahori, and half roti. Singapore noodles and Gobi Manchurian were once again tasteless. We were so disappointed that we didn't tried any other dishes at all. We ended up having salad with Salt and lemon for lunch yesterday. My recommendation to BBQ Nation would be not to compromise on quality, taste, and spirit in order to cut costs. Very disappointed. The only positive point was the good service provided by Sohail. He did the best to help. I gave 3 for service as I requested kebab and soya chap, however, they were not served even after the request. Additionally, it took them 15 minutes to provide me with the bill. Also, I gave 1 for atmosphere as they didn't even turn on the A/C, and the guests were feeling hot. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Vegetarian options: Starters - Panner Tikka, Kebab, Soya chap and Sweet corn.
