There AC was off and the manager was insisting that it's and chilling.. i made 3 other customers to feel the cool or air they all said that's it's not working.. but the manner was Rigged that it's working. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+

Not going to try this place again. While Barbeque Nation offers a huge variety of food, the taste was quite disappointing. There are too many items on the menu, but very few actually stand out in terms of flavor. It feels more like focusing on quantity rather than quality. The main course was a complete waste for me and didn’t justify the price at all. The only positives from my visit were the kulfi and the staff behavior. The staff was polite, responsive, and regularly asked for feedback, which shows good customer service efforts. Another issue that needs attention is the lift. It was not functioning properly and needs fixing, especially for a restaurant that gets crowded and caters to families and elderly people. Overall, the experience felt like attending a big wedding feast—lots of food and crowd, but nothing that I personally enjoyed eating.
