Dear Barbeque Nation Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed from your Gaur City Mall, Sector 4, Greater Noida outlet. I had ordered the "Barbeque in a Box (Veg) – Premium", amounting to ₹1049.00. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely poor. The rotis provided were so hard that they were completely inedible — not even a single bite could be taken. This was highly disappointing, especially given the premium pricing of the order. As a regular customer who has always appreciated your food and service, this experience was far below expectations. I kindly request that you look into this issue seriously and take appropriate action. A refund or compensation for this order would be appreciated. Looking forward to a prompt resolution. Food: 1
