The table manager was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and behaved like a roadside staff member, not someone representing a national brand. Zero manners, zero responsibility, and a completely careless attitude toward customers. The service was a disaster—slow, chaotic, and frustrating. Repeated requests were ignored, staff looked clueless, and there was no coordination at all. It felt like customers were a burden rather than guests. The food quality was equally terrible—cold items, late refills, poor taste, and no freshness. This is nowhere close to the Barbeque Nation standard and honestly felt like a cheap knock-off. Total waste of money and time. If this is how this outlet is being run, management should seriously step in. I will never visit again and strongly warn others to avoid this place.
