Food quality very bad service very bad there is no availability of food all the counters are empty when the customers are asking to refill at that time they are looking here and there. When you are charging so much for an unlimited food service and you are not giving any service then for what you are charging. By my opinion I think Bandra hill road barbeque nation should be closed. It was looking like they were more interested in online order then to give service to the customers who are there present in the hotel. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yesterday I visited the barbeque nation hotel at Bandra hill road with my family and I was very upset with the service with the food quality and the ambience... there is no availability of food when they are charging for unlimited there should be availability of food but all the counters were empty.. when customers are asking to refill they are asking us to wait . Very very bad service nobody was there who is looking around for the refill for the customer service. I thought they were more intested in full feeling the online orders than to look around for the customers who were present in the hotel at that time it was dinner time. If someone is going to ask me I am not ready to give even one star.. I will rate it 0... I request everyone not to visit barbeque nation at hill road Bandra it should be close.
