Overall good Every staff members are so humble to the customer. And this is the best place to celebrate party in reasonable price. We all enjoyed the party and atmosphere of restaurant. Feel free to order something and everything is available according to different choice. Thank u all staff .. We had one of the worst experiences ever at this branch of BBQ Nation. I have been to several other branches and am well aware of the high standards they maintain. However, this branch seems to be using the BBQ Nation name without upholding its quality. My brother got food poisoning after our dinner and was vomiting all night. The chocolate balls were spoiled, the grill items were dry, and everything felt stale. It was a highly disappointing experience. I received a call from customer care for feedback and informed them about the food poisoning. I also requested a refund, and the representative assured me that the issue would be escalated to senior management. However, it has been two days, and I haven't received any response. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this branch and save their hard-earned money. ₹1200 per head is not a small amount, and the experience was far from worth it. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
