From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Starting from the receptionist to Rahul, who served us so well, the hospitality was truly impressive. A special mention to Mahadev, the manager, who personally came to our table every 15–20 minutes to check on us — that level of attention really made us feel valued. They even surprised us with an anniversary cake and celebrated with us, which made the evening even more special. being from bangalore I’ve visited Barbeque Nation over there many times, but the service here was genuinely top-class. The staff was well-behaved, friendly, and very interactive. For a smaller city like Kolhapur, this kind of service is simply amazing. The 9th-floor city view adds a completely different vibe to the dining experience, and the live music made everything even more enjoyable.
