This was our second time visit. The ambience of Udeshna outlet is very good. The food was very tasty and flavourful. We love less spicy food so everything was kept in mind while serving us the dishes. The starters was tasty. Main course was okayish. I am a dessert lover so I enjoyed all the dessert items. Mr Kishan was catering us for our buffet. He was very cooperative. We enjoyed the service he provided. Must visit, highly recommended. Extremely Disappointed – BBQ Nation Has Lost Its Charm! This visit to Barbeque Nation was nothing short of a disaster. I’ve been a regular customer and always had great experiences before, but this time it was completely opposite. Food availability was shockingly poor – the variety was nowhere near what they usually offer. Most of the dishes were either unavailable or being served in very limited quantities. The only item available at the live counter was pani puri – seriously? That's not what I come to Barbeque Nation for. The service was incredibly slow and unorganized, a massive drop from what I experienced in my previous visits. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. The quality of food that was available was absolutely pathetic – bland, overcooked, and not even served hot. Barbeque Nation used to be a go-to place for great buffet experiences, but this visit has completely changed my opinion. I’ve never expected this kind of substandard experience from them.
