after booking the table we asked the staff till what time it is opened she told us we can reach at 4 pm last we did reach at 4 but there the staff were so rude to us saying that is not the time to come and all other stuff i tried to explain the situation but nothing worked i came from a very far place also asked them to consider and tried to tell them that their own staff confirmed the timings and we had also booked a table but all in vein we felt very much disappointed and went away after 4-5 mins we received a call from their side telling they would fix the problem within 10 mins, its been 1 day nobody caled us or the problem was not fixed i am very disappointed in them would never recommend or go myself there ever!! i had a good impression of this place but after experiencing it myself i am very disappointed.

Had lunch in barbeque nation ghaziabad rdc mall....one of the worst experience I ever had in barbeque nation.476 per head menu was opted by us but there was no service..after asking many times they stared serving starters then too 1 or pieces...waiter was not there...novserving and attendee was there.we were in a position where we want to immediately leave the barbeque nation ....can't able to explain my worst experience.. Everything was pathetic whether it's food or service.. all... Bq us known for its services and dine experience ....but they ruined it all....blacklisted rdc ghaziabad BBQ.. in my list. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
