I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Barbeque Nation - Connaught Place on 08 February 2026. I visited with my wife and child to celebrate our 12th marriage anniversary, which was meant to be a special occasion for us. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. First, the food quality was far below expectations. Several items tasted stale and lacked freshness. The overall taste and presentation did not match the standards that Barbeque Nation usually claims to maintain. What made the situation worse was the condition of the washroom. The toilet was filled with water and clearly not maintained properly. It was unhygienic and extremely uncomfortable, especially when dining out with family and a child. Cleanliness is a basic expectation from any reputed restaurant, and this was completely unacceptable. To add to the disappointment, I got a feedback call where I was promised a complimentary meal . However, there was no confirmation or follow-up, and nothing arranged. It felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, this visit ruined what was supposed to be a memorable anniversary celebration. I truly expected better service, hygiene, and food quality. I hope the management seriously looks into these issues so other families do not face the same experience.
