The non veg options doesn’t have much of sea food variety, egg preparations unavailable, chicken biryani was very boring - its chicken pieces felt like stale. The place is very congested. Washrooms were untidy, considering the flow of customers it wasn’t maintained well. Would not really recommend this BBQ place for a 1250/pax spend. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: Not really. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Dear Barbeque Nation Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience we had at your Connaught Place outlet during our recent visit. We had booked a table for six people and were expecting the quality and service we’ve consistently enjoyed at your Noida branch. Unfortunately, the visit fell short on multiple fronts. While the non-veg starters were satisfactory, the vegetarian starters were served cold, and the grill at our table was not functioning properly. Despite requesting a change of seats, there was no response or assistance from the staff. Most of the food felt undercooked and lacked the freshness we’ve come to associate with your brand. To add to our discomfort, the air conditioning in the restaurant was not working properly, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. As a regular and loyal customer, I’ve always appreciated the standards maintained at your Noida location. However, this visit was disappointing and left us with a poor impression of the Connaught Place branch.
