Very disappointed with the delivery service. I placed an order at 8 PM with an expected delivery by 9 PM, but by 9:30 PM, I had received no update or call from the restaurant. I had to call three times, and each time I was given only excuses. Eventually, I had to go to the restaurant myself to collect the food, only to be handed cold food without an apology. What is the point of home delivery if I have to pick up the food myself? On top of that, I paid full delivery charges, which were completely wasted. No compensation or effort was made to resolve the issue. Very poor service, and I would not recommend ordering from here unless they improve their delivery process and customer service.
