service is good but food needs a lot of improvement . quality has degraded in past few years.if timing is at 12 pm then all starters shall be ready by then. chicken tangdi kabab was not served and we saw it was served to ppl coming at 1 pm.complimentry drinks are still mentioned in menu but when asked to serve then it was told that menu needs update.phirni was smelling and seems to be leftocer from yesterday.Bandana

This was my second visit to Barbeque Nation, Sarjapur Road. While my first visit was enjoyable, this time the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely delayed, and our table was repeatedly ignored. Food was served quite late, which affected the overall experience. I am very dissatisfied with this visit and am unsure if I would plan to visit this outlet again.
