The experience here could have been much better. The unlimited barbecue, which is the main motive of a barbeque place, was missing during lunch only the main course was served. On top of that, the staff and manager’s behavior felt a bit ignorant and aggressive. I hope they improve both the food service and hospitality. We just left cause of that. I was gonna treat my friend on that birthday. We even drove from durgapur to Asansol but it is what it is. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. What do you mean the grill is only for dinner? And the manager was so rude. So was the server. We were genuinely confused and surprised and so polite, but their horrid behaviour made us walk out without saying anything. Would not recommend. Talk to the Barbeque Nation call number first and confirm details. Horrible experience.

I had a wonderful time at Barbeque Nation - Asansol - Sentrum Mall. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The staff was courteous and attentive, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. The highlight of our experience was the manager Santu, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and he gave us some great recommendations on what to try from the menu. Santu is a great asset to the restaurant and he deserves a lot of praise for his excellent work.
