how the mighty have fallen. what was once punes no1 buffet joint has been reduced to the level of streetside quality. and all this is absolutely due to poor management. I went here 7 to 8 mths back and since then the situation has not changed. there is no one at the reception. the person taking managing reservations is cleaning tables, carrying food, serving customers all at once. he does not have time to attend the visitors at the front desk as he is multitasking with so many things. I felt sorry for him. it clearly shows that bbqnation has downaozed on its staff and wants everyone to do everything. not a good place to be in. also everything was delayed. no one even came to ask for water and starters till I prompted them to. worst part is that I have seen more of the same in other barbecue nation outlets also, hence it's definitely a management issue. I don't see them surviving too long at least in pune as there are other hotels and joints serving better food, prompt service and necessary attention to details in pune..overall I would have rated this experience as 0, but don't have the option.
