Their kebabs are truly exceptional—perfectly cooked to the point where they require minimal effort to chew, all while being coated in a rich, flavorful sauce. A standout aspect of their menu is the masterful use of spices—traditional, fresh, and exotic, elevating each dish with authenticity. The spice levels are well-balanced for a Mediterranean palate, but for those accustomed to Indian flavors, a bit more heat could enhance the experience. Aurangabad’s culinary culture largely revolves around a few well-established names, with little support for newer, more diverse culinary ventures. I hope Baraka kitchen changes that.
