This is easily the worst BSE every.Pathetic service. Alcohol takes for ever to arrive and is of questionable quality. It took them about an hour to serve us a simple glass of water . Food comes on the table but we have no plates or forks which further takes 15 mins . Upon asking them to remove service charge for their world class service the waiters get aggressive saying that look on the board . It’s written that service charge is to be paid . However we paid no service charge of the same upon calling the manager and you should do the same . It’s better to avoid is outlet especially on a busy day . It’s a mess.
