See Sao Jacinto Island and come to this bar. The atmosphere of hospitality of Bar Outrigger highly depends on the staff, that is energetic here. Service at this place is something one can name nice. This place will give the same automated response saying people coming from far away places makes reservations much prior so they will try to keep moving you randomly to different places after they themselves make you sit in a certain table. Mind you the place is in absolutely horrible inaccessible location and there wasn't a single customer when I arrived. You can only walk there and the small empty street is filled with aggressive dogs. Don't go to a place like this if you don't want to spoil your mood. The staff esp the female manager has no basic etiquette of running a place. They double book your table and then they will ask you to move to community table saying they made a mistake, the table was booked prior. The female manager intentionally aggravated the matter so that I leave the place asap to make room for her new guest. I wonder if the owner knows they double book a single table while the place was almost empty. Many people have similar complains. So its a known way how they treat the customers (their sole source of livelihood). Food menu isn't diverse and seeing the photos I presume I was offered a different menu. Perched dramatically on the edge of a cliff, with the Sea stretching endlessly below, Bar Outrigger is one of those rare places that feels like it was plucked from a dream. From the moment you step in, you're swept into a world where every detail—from the ambient lighting to the curated playlist—feels intentional and indulgent. The view is the best you will get to see in Goa. The design of the space makes the most of its natural surroundings. It’s effortlessly Instagrammable—yet never overdone. Drinks & Food The bar menu is a well-crafted blend of classics and house signatures. The Pica Boo (likes of Picante) & the Tiki Negroni was a highlight—botanical and smoky with a citrus twist. The food leans toward finger food with global flair; we tried the pork sausages, Classic Hot Dog , Truffle Poutine and the grilled mushrooms were flavorful. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and visually stunning. Staff were attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to enjoy curating a memorable evening for guests. Now, let’s address the elephant in the room: it’s expensive. The prices lean closer to high-end dining in Mumbai or Delhi than what you'd expect for even an upscale spot in Goa. Cocktails start north of ₹750, and small plates hover around ₹400–₹800. While the quality and setting do somewhat justify the price, it’s definitely a place you go to indulge—not to grab a casual bite. Please Note: always make a reservation as this places is mostly popular amongst the settlers and tourist it’s difficult to get a table if you go unannounced.
