not having any salt in both biryani, the texture of biryani was entirely different what they use to serve before, not taste at all. seems like given the same rice for both

We recently went to Baowich to have a last wonderful meal before our girls trip ended. Initially, the place promised to be good. We ordered our food. It was a mix of issues and few good things. The Bao was good and so was the burger. However, we had also ordered fish fingers, which was mixed up. Everyone had had their meals the fish finger still did not turn up. When we asked the server she said they must be making it. Yet, it did not turn up. After asking thrice (the next two times a different server came!) and a wait of 1.5 hours we got our order. But we were sorely disappointed. A miniscule amount of fish was wrapped in layers of batter. The server sent the chef who was kind enough to take the feedback. As we were getting late (we had a flight to catch) we asked for a discount as well as to not add the fish in the bill (the discount was to compensate for the mixed up order, delay and embarassement). However, they had no manager so they did nothing. So, if you do decide to go eat there- 1. It has a good ambience for clicking pics. But do apply mosquito repellant as it is in the open. 2. If you order fish fingers, make the server repeat once so it doesn't get mixed up and do ask for less batter coverage. 3. The burger was very good. What started as a wonderful lunch ended in a dramatic way with us going away pretty upset! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

However, we must respectfully clarify that the delay in serving the fish fingers and the issue about extra coating was acknowledged and addressed immediately by our team, and we offered to waive the cost of that item as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, your insistence on a flat 50% discount on the entire bill was not something we could accommodate, as it was disproportionate to the issue. You have openly threatened our staff that you will post bad reviews if we do not give you a flat 50% off. This is not fair on your part.What deeply saddens us is when guests attempt to take advantage of sincere service staff and, when refused, resort to posting misleading reviews that undermine the efforts of an entire team working hard to offer good food and a warm atmosphere.
