I have ordered food in train, directly calling to the restaurant and they delivered it on time. And the food was awesome. Jabardast test.. love it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Bansiwala Restaurant I ordered butter tandoori roti they added wheat flour in that dough. roti was over cooked in some pieces and and somewhere undercooked and I paid for that thing and I raised that issue. Zomato bot told me to mail there is no real time resolution for me !!! and that is only for me I do not know why ?

second thing I ordered paneer butter masala which was cold and there is no butter ..

panner pieces was not good not in taste...
gravy was fill with water. definitely they used old gravy. bad taste. totally worst thing I ordered money wastewhich I gave for this pathetic food nothing will happen with review only my money was waste and you think that I ate that no I don't Zomato name is already down by their pathetic mistakes no values for their customers that what type of orders they are getting no real time resolution offered.

I don't want to use anymore Zomato in gwalior use franchises outlets will good atleast they give real time resolution they are not like you..
