Visited Banjara Goldfinch for their Great Indian Buffet Festival – Gujarat Ki Rasoi, and the experience was truly satisfying. The buffet celebrates the rich and vibrant flavors of Gujarat, starting with a colorful variety of farsan and chaats that were fresh and full of flavor. The soups were comforting, with both veg and non-veg options to suit all tastes. The mains included authentic Gujarati dishes like undhiyu, dal dhokli, sev tameta, and khichdi, along with a few crowd-pleasing North Indian curries and breads. The live kheema pav counter was a major highlight – hot, spicy, and made to order, adding a fun street-food vibe to the experience. Traditional snacks like handvo, patra, and muthiya were served warm and well-prepared. Desserts were a true sweet ending with options like shrikhand, basundi, mohanthal, and jalebi with rabdi stealing the show.
