I’ve been to the Kochi Panampilly branch a bunch of times and never had any issues. I was super excited when they opened a spot in Alappuzha, my hometown. I ordered my usual falooda, but I totally regret it. The two things I love most in falooda are the semiya and the jelly, but they used mixed fruit jam instead of jelly! Seriously, are they kidding? I’ll give it another shot to see if the chef just had a bad day. It’s not just about how it looks; that red jelly is all about the flavor, and you can’t swap it out for jam!
