A rainy evening and we were craving for some delicious Chinese on the way back home, so stopped here and ordered up some yummy hot and saucy steamed wantons, followed by a very uniquely made crispy corn cluster that was superbly crunchy and extremely delicious. The chili garlic noodles cage super spicy, just like the way we prefer it, it was a fantastic meal that I would recommend for any Chinese cuisine lover.

we order quite regularly from Mandarin for the taste and quantity. Taste of all dishes ordered today was sub-par surprisingly

Over a Decade of Dining Delight— Bangalore Mandarin has been my family’s go-to dining spot for over a decade, and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. What makes it truly special is its consistency — not once have we been let down by the food, service, or overall experience. Easily the finest Chinese restaurant in Bangalore, it’s conveniently located on the buzzing 100 ft Road in Indiranagar, just a short 3–5 minute walk from the Indiranagar metro station. The food here is simply outstanding — every single dish brings something unique to the table. Let’s start with the French fries: perfectly crisp, barely oily, not too salty, and served in generous portions. When it comes to other appetizers, the chilli and pepper variants of any poultry or seafood dish are a definite must-try. Unlike the typical sweet-spicy profile found in most Chinese places, Mandarin’s dishes have a distinct, unforgettable flavor. The Chicken and Prawns in particular are excellent. Vegetarians, don’t miss the Sichuan Veg Fried Rice and Sichuan Veg Noodles — both are cooked to perfection with minimal oil, packed with fresh green veggies, and well-balanced seasoning. Pair them with a spicy Thai curry or a semi-dry appetizer and you’re in for a treat. Drums of Heaven here are incredibly crisp on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside, made with fresh, quality meat. Portion sizes are generous and totally justify the pricing. I’ve never had a second thought about the bill here — it’s always worth every penny. Even the beverages stand out! From the zingy fresh lime soda to the delicious Cool Blue Sparkle and the refreshing Mango Intoxication, each drink is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and wonderfully blended with mint and soda for that ultimate refreshment. In desserts, to seal the session with something sweet and chill, I usually have the Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and nuts. Simply and not too heavy incase one feels a stomach-full. The service is top-notch — super quick, polite, and professional. The restaurant is always clean, and the ambience is beautiful, with elegant Chinese elements and cozy seating. Final Verdict: Love this place! If you're in Bangalore, especially near Indiranagar, Bangalore Mandarin is an absolute must-visit.
