If I paid for cream pav then the bakery should get the consent before sending an alternative or item rhyming the same name.

why are u accepting order when u don't have marble cake ...n packaging was so poor... don't make a fool customer by charging higher n packing so badly..I have to send cake out of pune ..how I will send cake by this type of poor packing ...

When asked for 3 cream pav then why they provide 2 cream pav and 1 jam pav? Without any prior notice... This is happening with every order
