If Mishti doi was not available you should have reported missing items and arrange a refund, not add more sweets which I haven't ordered.

Paratha comes with dry aloo sabji. Ordered in past as well. Today, they sent one common aloo jhol as also ordered Radha Ballabhi.Found one hair strand that is very unfortunate from Banchharam
