A few days ago, while on a trip to Trichy, my family and I decided to dine at a local restaurant for dinner. Initially, I visited the restaurant to check the menu and assess the ambiance. The vibe seemed decent, and I felt it was suitable for a family dinner, so I called my family to join me. However, I made the mistake of not confirming the availability of the dishes beforehand. When we placed our order, we were disappointed to find out that most of the items we wanted, such as Dal Fry, Tandoori Chicken, and Tandoori Roti, were unavailable. We ended up ordering two chicken dishes, which we consumed, but the experience was far from satisfying. Due to the lack of options, we decided to leave the restaurant and search for another place to have dinner. Thankfully, we found another restaurant where we could enjoy a proper meal. This experience taught me an important lesson: never judge a restaurant solely by its ambiance. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the unavailability of key menu items left us frustrated and hungry. I would advise others to double-check the availability of dishes before settling in, especially if you have specific cravings or any preferences. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
