Bengali thali served with atleast 10 items on Kansa thali. Taste was amazing. I didn't try their non-veg, maybe next time. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Bamna Hotel offers a delightful culinary experience with delicious food, generous portions, and thoughtful touches like serving chutney, mishti doi, and rasgulla at the end a perfect way to complete the meal. The flavours were authentic and satisfying, making the dining experience quite enjoyable. However, there are areas that require attention. The handwash area could be better maintained to ensure proper hygiene, especially after meals. Cleanliness is essential to complement the otherwise good food quality. Additionally, the lady at the cashier counter could greatly benefit from basic hospitality training. A warm greeting and polite demeanour go a long way in making customers feel welcomed. For a front desk position, a friendly and courteous approach is expected. Overall, the food certainly stands out, but a little improvement in hygiene and customer service would elevate the entire experience to a much higher standard.
